Construction Skills Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Lecturer to join our team at West London College. As a Plumbing Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training to our students, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the plumbing and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver lectures and practical sessions to students on plumbing and gas-related topics
- Develop and implement curriculum materials and assessments to ensure students meet industry standards
- Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of industry partners and employers
- Contribute to the development of the college's plumbing and gas curriculum, including the design and delivery of new courses and programs
