Job Overview

Learnlight is seeking a skilled Skills Development Trainer to deliver tailored training programs for our international clients. As a Corporate Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive training sessions that cater to the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, communications, or psychology
  • Minimum of two years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting

  • Experience with blended learning methodologies and tools
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
