As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to employees across various departments, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs that cater to the needs of our employees, focusing on skills development, knowledge sharing, and performance improvement.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge, and develop training programs to address these gaps.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training programs to employees, using a variety of training methods, including classroom training, online training, and coaching.
  • Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using metrics such as participant feedback, knowledge retention, and behavior change.
  • Training Materials Development: Develop training materials, including course outlines, training manuals, and presentation slides.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders, including department heads, managers, and employees, to understand their training needs and develop training programs that meet these needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a training role, preferably in a contact center or large multi-department business.
  • Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field, such as education, training, or human resources.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills; ability to use data and feedback to inform training decisions; proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint; and e-learning software.

Work Environment:

The working hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with shifts within Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm. You will work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our business.
