HR Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Alexander Mae HR Ltd. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing commercial and pragmatic HR advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a variety of HR-related queries and providing expert advice
  • Developing strong business relationships with stakeholders and supporting their HR needs
  • Managing employee relations cases, including absence management, contract queries, and grievances
  • Facilitating training sessions to upskill managers and embed company values
  • Contributing to ad hoc HR projects and reviewing policies for improvement
  • Creating and interpreting HR metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • Previous HR Advisor experience
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Hands-on, operational HR experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player
  • Strong IT skills
  • UK driving licence

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits

Location: Wotton Under Edge (hybrid working)
