SSP Group is on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to become part of our team as an Onboard Service Representative.

Work Schedule: Full Time (40 hours)
Shift Patterns: Rotational shifts between 6 am and 9 pm, including some weekends.
Compensation: £12.00 per hour plus commission.

No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.

AS AN ONBOARD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:

  • Deliver 'at seat trolley service' on trains, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and processing transactions.
  • Travel on designated trains, assisting passengers, achieving sales objectives independently, and fulfilling contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions, comply with hygiene and safety regulations, and support management initiatives.
  • Carry out Service Center responsibilities as assigned, engaging with passengers, providing information, and addressing various needs while offering accurate details on services, ticketing, platforms, and potential disruptions.
  • Enjoy the benefit of claiming up to 50 rover tickets for the rail network for family and friends.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ONBOARD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to perform certain tasks or work specific shifts.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including long hours and varying shifts.
