Responsibilities- Provide Warm Hospitality: Offer great customer service to all our customers, members, and guests.
- Work on Reception: Provide insights about the hostel and the local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
- Utilize Systems: Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, food and beverage sales, and service.
- Carry Out Cleaning Duties: Ensure a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
- Assist in Food Preparation: Help prepare food in the kitchen and serve food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride.
