About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our team at YHA Coniston Holly How. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Warm Hospitality and Great Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work on Reception and Offer Insights: Provide information about the hostel and local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
  • Utilise Our Systems: Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, food and beverage sales, and service.
  • Carry Out Cleaning and Housekeeping Duties: Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
  • Assist in Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride, influencing sales and providing a diverse and welcoming experience for all guests.
