SSP is looking for an enthusiastic individual to become part of our team as an Onboard Service Associate for our train services.
Work Schedule: Full Time (40 hours)
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 6 am and 9 pm, including weekends.
Compensation: £12.00 per hour plus commission.
As a leading provider of catering and onboard services in the railway sector, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 'at seat trolley service' on trains, ensuring excellent customer care, managing inventory, and processing transactions.
- Travel on designated trains, assisting passengers, achieving sales objectives independently, and fulfilling contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions, comply with hygiene and safety regulations, and support management initiatives.
- Perform duties as directed, engaging with passengers, providing information, and addressing various needs while offering accurate details on services, ticketing, platforms, and potential disruptions.
- Eligible to claim up to 50 rover tickets for the rail network for family and friends.
Qualifications:
