Learning & Development Lead

Morgan Law is seeking a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our growing team. We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, and this role will play a vital part in shaping our talent strategy.

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. You will work closely with senior leaders to identify training needs, develop engaging content, and measure the impact of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify and assess training needs across all levels of the organization.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning programs, including workshops, online courses, and mentoring initiatives.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure its effective utilization.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
