Site Operations Specialist

Imperial Workforce is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery and Collection Management: Manage all deliveries and collections, ensuring contractors adhere to Fuel Handling area induction and maintaining accurate stock control and weighbridge operations.
- Fuel Inventory Process: Oversee the fuel inventory process, ensuring timely and accurate management of fuel supplies.
- Mobile Plant Operations: Competently operate all mobile plant equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Chipping Maximisation: Ensure chipping is maximised to meet operational requirements.
- Product Sampling and Analysis: Undertake product sampling and timely preparation for analysis, ensuring quality control and inspection of fuel supplies.
- Quality Control and Compliance: Maintain compliance to all related company procedures and safe systems of work, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Reporting and Communication: Report any areas of concern and be proactive in offering solutions, communicating all situations that present serious or imminent risk.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Carry out routine and first-line maintenance as required, troubleshooting any production disturbances that may occur.
- Housekeeping and Audits: Demonstrate complete ownership of the Plant undertaking housekeeping duties and audits, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Safety Tours and Reporting: Conduct safety tours/site visits and report findings through the Safety Management System.
- Shift Log and Handover: Produce a detailed shift log and carry out a detailed and effective handover.
- Learning Management System: Ensure all aspects of the Learning Management System including assigned objectives are completed within the relevant timescales.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have a strong background in site operations, fuel handling, and plant maintenance, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
