HR Operations Partner Job Description

At Churchill Services, we're seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Partner to join our dynamic HR team. As a key member of our operational management team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of HR processes and providing expert advice on Employee Relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Operational Managers, providing proactive support and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide comprehensive advice on Employee Relations, including legislation, policies, and processes, to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Identify and address skills gaps, providing mentoring and training opportunities to support Operational Managers' growth and development.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives, supporting the implementation of succession plans to drive positive change across the business unit.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the private sector, with a strong understanding of commercial awareness and HR operations.
  • Appropriate level of generalist and/or operational HR experience gained in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
  • Excellent understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Ability to travel to regional sites as required.
  • CIPD Level 5 minimum or working towards.
