Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Operational Managers, providing proactive support and guidance on HR-related matters.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide comprehensive advice on Employee Relations, including legislation, policies, and processes, to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Identify and address skills gaps, providing mentoring and training opportunities to support Operational Managers' growth and development.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives, supporting the implementation of succession plans to drive positive change across the business unit.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the private sector, with a strong understanding of commercial awareness and HR operations.
- Appropriate level of generalist and/or operational HR experience gained in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- Excellent understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Ability to travel to regional sites as required.
- CIPD Level 5 minimum or working towards.
