Job Title: Clinical Education Sister/Charge Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Education Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Pre-Operative team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

As a Clinical Education Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan patient care, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring that they are evidence-based and patient-centered.
