Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care and management to patients living with diabetes.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver key aspects of the Diabetes Specialist Nurse role.
  • Provide training and education to nursing staff, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective diabetes care plans to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level in a relevant field.
  • Experience in diabetes care and management.
  • Knowledge of diabetes services and clinical environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
