Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Community Staff Nurse within the Central Ayr Locality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise as a qualified registered nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse client groups in community settings.
- Manage a caseload in the absence of the Charge Nurse, ensuring effective supervision and deployment of nursing staff.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently and as part of a team in various community environments.
- Show evidence of personal development and a commitment to ongoing training and education.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Professional nursing qualification.
- Degree-level education in a relevant field, such as health studies.
- Current experience in District Nursing.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Highly developed teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
Work Hours: 22.3 hours per week.
Driving Requirements: A valid UK driving license and car ownership are essential for this role.
