About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical care is provided to our residents. This will involve providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Person Specification

  • Registered Nurse with a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Experience in a care home setting, with a focus on person-centred care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
