Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and respectful environment.

Requirements

  • Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid PIN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting resident well-being.
