About the Role
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a dedicated Lodge Manager for our retirement community. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with residents and possess a strong background in administration and customer service. As Lodge Manager, you will coordinate various activities within the community, enhancing the quality of life for our Home Owners and ensuring a seamless retirement experience.
In this key position, you will report to the Area Manager and oversee property maintenance while delivering exceptional service to Owners. You will be the reliable point of contact on-site, fostering a welcoming environment for residents. Your responsibilities will include liaising with customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, conducting health and safety inspections, and organizing events and activities.
This role is essential for the Lodge's success and the satisfaction of its residents, providing a rewarding experience.
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience in sectors such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or health and social care. A successful Lodge Manager is someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and excels in administration.
Your commitment to outstanding customer service is crucial. With a focus on creating a fulfilling lifestyle for the Owners, you should possess a friendly demeanor and a genuine love for people. You will need to demonstrate sensitivity and diplomacy while also being assertive and efficient in managing the safety and security of the community.
While you will interact frequently with residents, you should also be comfortable working independently and using your initiative. Proficiency in administration and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook, are essential for this role.
