Key Responsibilities:
- Support the processing of specialist lending applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Act as a liaison between lenders and mortgage brokers, facilitating effective communication and resolution of queries.
- Investigate and resolve complex mortgage queries, providing expert solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with administrators to ensure seamless document exchange and processing.
- Coordinate appointments with lenders and clients, as required.
- Perform basic administrative duties, including data input and processing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services company or case management role.
- Strong understanding of working within a financial office environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Motivated and self-driven individual with a desire to progress their career.

- A competitive salary range of £23,200 - £30,000, depending on experience.
