Role SummaryChurchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for community engagement and a strong background in administration and customer relations to join our retirement community as a Part-time Lodge Manager. This role involves working two days a week in a job share arrangement, providing a unique opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing activities, overseeing the development, managing contractors, and conducting health and safety assessments. Your role will be essential in fostering a supportive environment for our Home Owners.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for residents, contractors, and internal colleagues.
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and services are delivered to a high standard.
- Coordinate events and activities that enhance the community experience.
- Perform regular safety checks and maintain compliance with health regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service, demonstrating an outgoing and approachable demeanor. You should be capable of handling sensitive situations with tact and discretion while also exhibiting the assertiveness needed to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Independence and initiative are crucial, as you will often work autonomously. Proficiency in administration and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, is essential.
This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in sectors such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or health and social care. A successful Lodge Manager thrives in a front-facing role, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining excellent organizational skills.
