We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Coordinator / Design Manager to join our team at Premises Recruitment Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing design projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all design elements meet the client's expectations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with external design houses and monitoring drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
- Coordinating and managing design schedules and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with design houses and suppliers.
- Managing design documentation and ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
- Providing design support and guidance to project teams as needed.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in design coordination or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of design software and systems, including Asite, 4projects, or similar.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
