We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Music Director and Organist to join our team at the Diocese of Westminster. As a key member of our parish community, you will be responsible for leading the musical direction of our parish at Masses and special services, while accompanying cantors and leading the congregation in traditional and modern hymns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the congregation in traditional and modern hymns at Sunday Mass
  • Accompany cantors and lead the musical direction of the parish at Masses and special services
  • Collaborate with the Parish Priest to develop and implement musical programs and initiatives
  • Provide musical leadership and support to the parish community
  • Develop and maintain relationships with professional musicians and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Music degree or similar qualification
  • Experience of working with professional musicians
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
