Vision for Education are seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work on a part-time basis at a school in Chester-le-Street (DH2).

**About the role**:
This role will be working in Year 4 and will include a mixture of general classroom support, delivering bespoke intervention programmes, and covering PPA for the class teacher. Therefore, it is important that the HLTA has some KS2 experience, and knowledge of the Times Table check which takes place in this year. As this role is part-time, days and hours would be 3 days per week, 8:30am to 3:30pm.

To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) (Part-time) you will:

- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- L6 Supporting Teaching and Learning
