About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Community Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with our creative and production teams to develop innovative content ideas and strategies.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand's tone of voice and messaging to ensure consistency across all social media channels.
- Work closely with our paid social team to execute paid-for campaigns and distribute content across relevant platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing and community management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Excellent content creation and curation skills, with the ability to develop engaging and relevant content for our audience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform future content and strategy decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
