Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to drive the organic social strategy, content, and community for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media and content creation, with a strong understanding of the Anime/Toys industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement social media content plans and strategies to achieve exceptional results for clients, taking into account performance across different channels.
- Lead a team of 1-2 Social Media Executives, providing guidance and support in planning, content creation, and community management.
- Collaborate with our Social Creative team to produce high-quality content for clients, including Reels and TikTok content.
- Apply original thought and creativity to develop beautiful content for clients using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite.
- Review and provide feedback on content plans and content created by the team.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide regular reports, in-depth analysis, and strategic guidance.
- 3-7 years of social media experience is required.
- A strong passion for social media marketing and a desire to grow within a fast-growth agency.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A curious and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry changes.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 to £41,000, depending on experience.
