Job Summary:

Premier IT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Service Desk team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop connections
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Configure and set up user accounts, including email and other productivity tools
  • Monitor and log technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Collaborate with second-line support teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Premier IT's technical infrastructure and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft products, including 0365
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic networking knowledge and experience with hardware troubleshooting
