Job Title: Oncology Care Specialist

Job Summary:
Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking an experienced Oncology Care Specialist to join our team. As an Oncology Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. You will work independently, visiting patients in their homes to administer treatments, provide training, and offer support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer chemotherapy treatments and other medications in patients' homes
• Provide training and education to patients and their families on cancer treatments and management
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Work closely with the oncology team to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate records and reports of patient interactions and treatment outcomes

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Formal Oncology qualification or SACT passport
• Experience in administering chemotherapy and other cancer treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UK driving license and comfortable with extensive travel
