Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents in acclimating to the program and daily living activities
  • Supervise and maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
  • Model positive behaviors and provide guidance to residents
  • Work independently and think critically to address resident needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and colleagues

Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $18.50
  • A $250 bonus after 6 months of employment
  • A flexible schedule with opportunities to work days, nights, and weekends

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and a driving history acceptable to RISE's automobile policy
  • Successful completion of RISE background checks
