Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding product or service issues via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Accurately process and manage sales and purchase orders by referring to price lists and supplier terms, ensuring timely data entry.
  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Communicate with drivers to get updates about deliveries.
  • Handle customer complaints, including product returns, late deliveries, and faulty products.
