About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Branch Administrator to support our financial performance by contributing to the branch’s daily operations.
Main duties include:
- Ensuring all proof of delivery notes are accounted for and investigating missing notes and PODs.
- Balancing the branch till daily and ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Completing branch banking books and bank deposits daily.
- Forwarding till reports to Head Office and updating banking templates.
- Allocating pay-later notes and monitoring unpaid cash sale reports.
- Collecting outstanding amounts in a timely manner and running weekly account statements.
- Ensuring staff accounts are up-to-date and monitoring customer credit limits.
- Allocating customer payments and updating customer notes.
About You
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work quickly and under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales and/or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
