About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to support the financial performance of our branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all proof of delivery notes are accounted for, investigating missing notes and PODs, and balancing the branch till daily.

Main duties include:

  • Ensuring all proof of delivery notes are accounted for and investigating missing notes and PODs
  • Balancing the branch till daily to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records
  • Completing branch banking books and ensuring monies are banked daily
  • Forwarding till reports to Head Office and updating the banking template
  • Allocating pay later notes and monitoring unpaid cash sale reports
  • Ensuring any unpaid or outstanding amounts are collected in a timely manner
  • Running weekly account statements and ensuring they are up-to-date
  • Ensuring staff accounts are up-to-date and monitoring the age debt report
  • Allocating customer payments and updating customer notes as required
  • Monitoring and reviewing customer credit limits
  • Dealing with general customer queries face-to-face or over the telephone

  • Good interpersonal skills and IT literacy
