About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to support the financial performance of our branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Main duties include:

  • Verifying and reconciling financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies in financial transactions
  • Managing cash handling and banking procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Providing support to customers with queries and concerns
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and revenue targets
