Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at our Woodford Green store. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, working closely with our UK Sales Team to maximize sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories. You will also be responsible for carrying out customer deliveries to homes and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome and informed conversation to customers, ensuring a personalized proposal that meets their needs.
- Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Support the store's monthly customer contact plan and follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
- Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail role.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized and with an eye for detail.
- Calm under pressure.
