Job Title: Business and Commercial Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business and Commercial Operations Manager to join our team at Lookers Plc. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing commercial strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Monitor and analyze financial and sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial or business development role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
