Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Tailor to join our team at Hackett London's Savile Row Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our brand image.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus
    • To provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Store and Stock Standards

    Requirements
    • Proven experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably in a high-end or premium sector.
    • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and provide personalized service.
    • Outstanding sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive store environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
