Position Summary:

We are seeking a Custom Tailoring Consultant & Coordinator at our Hackett Savile Row Store to deliver an unforgettable brand experience for our clientele. The Custom Tailoring Coordinator will support the Store Manager and maintain precise records of all orders and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience: Collaborate closely with the Head Cutter to provide the highest quality service, embodying the brand values. Attract and retain customers by focusing on every detail. Sales: Meet the commercial objectives of the store and KPIs by effectively communicating the unique value of the brand to customers. Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store, overseeing all production timelines. Bespoke Services: Work alongside the Head of Tailoring on various strategic initiatives for the brand. Report any matters related to the bespoke department to the Head of Tailoring. Team Culture: Contribute to and maintain a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

Qualifications:

What You Need to Succeed:

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in fashion retail. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Experience in retail logistics and operations. Familiarity with managing bespoke customer databases. Experience in client management and clienteling. Strong team player with a commercial mindset. Excellent communication skills. A helpful and kind demeanor, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for connecting with customers.
