Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Tailor to join our team at Maze Impact SA. As a key member of our tailor team, you will be responsible for alterations and repairs of high-end luxury to everyday customer items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform alterations and repairs on a variety of garments and fabrics, ensuring high-quality results and attention to detail.
  • Operate industrial machines such as overlockers and irons with ease and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainable fashion trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in tailoring, alterations, and repairs, with a focus on sustainable and eco-friendly practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of various fabrics, material properties, and clothing construction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
