We are seeking a Bespoke Consultant & Coordinator for our Hackett Savile Row Store. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional brand experience for our clientele. The Bespoke Coordinator will support the Store Manager and maintain precise records of all orders and production activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Collaborate closely with the Head Cutter to deliver the highest quality service, embodying the brand values. Focus on attracting and retaining customers by attending to every detail.
- Sales: Meet the commercial objectives of the store and KPIs by effectively communicating the unique value of the brand to customers.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, overseeing all production timelines.
- Bespoke Services: Work in partnership with the Head of Tailoring on various strategic initiatives for the brand. Report any matters concerning the bespoke department to the Head of Tailoring.
- Cultural Fit: Contribute to a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
What You Need to Succeed:
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in retail logistics and operations.
- Proficiency in managing bespoke customer databases.
- Experience in client management and clienteling.
- A strong team player with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A helpful and kind demeanor, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for connecting with customers.
