About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Sja's West. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing a positive and engaging experience that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, web chat, and social media, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner.
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met and that service levels are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives, ensuring that customer needs are met and that service levels are maintained.

  • You have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
