Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Welfare Rights Technical Support Officer (Projects) to join our Welfare Rights Team at Lancashire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in improving the incomes of older residents across Lancashire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on welfare benefits and related services.
- Work closely with our team of advisers to ensure seamless delivery of our welfare rights service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations to provide a holistic response to client needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of projects aimed at improving the incomes of older residents.
