We are seeking a highly skilled Third Line Support Specialist to join our team at Allegiance Group. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical support and solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide third-line support and troubleshooting for escalated IT issues.
- Manage and maintain cloud environments, primarily within Microsoft Azure.
- Administer and support Office 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Design, configure, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and VLANs.
- Collaborate with 1st and 2nd line support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Implement and maintain security best practices across all IT systems.
- Perform regular system monitoring, maintenance, and optimization.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and solutions.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
- Proven experience in a third-line support engineer role or similar.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including VM management, networking, and security.
- Extensive experience with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including routers, switches, and VLANs.
- Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Competitive salary between £40,000 and £50,000, based on experience.
