Pension Administration Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to join our SIPP team at Barnett Waddingham LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, ensuring productivity and utilisation levels are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Manage team planning schedule, ensuring productivity and utilisation levels are maintained to a high standard.
- Identify skills gaps and schedule training in line with documented procedures.
- Support SIPP project management activities.
- Carry out regular performance reviews with colleagues, in line with service delivery levels.
- Support team, colleague, and own development through formal & informal mentoring, coaching, and training as required.
- Manage and effectively own SIPP complaints management procedure.
- Experience in pensions and/or finance is essential.
- GCSE Maths/English at Grade C/5 or National 5 Maths/English at Grade C or equivalent.
- Achieved the Award in Pension Essentials, or willingness to work towards it.
