We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Administrator to join our dynamic administration team in Glasgow. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality administration services to our clients and members.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update member records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process member events, including retirements, deaths, early leavers, transfers in, transfers out, and illustrative quotations.
- Provide technical support and guidance on non-standard cases.
- Escalate complex technical queries and issues to the Team Leader and technical support team members.
- Deliver a consistent and efficient service to internal and external clients/members, meeting predetermined service levels.
- Assist the Principal Administrator and Team Leader in improving operational efficiencies.
- Support with annual and periodic scheme events.
- Proven experience in day-to-day pension administration, including DB, DC, and CARE pension arrangements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant pension legislation, technical developments, and industry best practice.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, plan workload effectively, and communicate clearly with clients and members.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Pensions Administration systems, such as UPM or similar, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Client care or customer services experience, including telephone liaison.
