We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing assets and reports in Excel, as well as prepayments and accruals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assets and reports in Excel, including the creation of pivot tables.
  • Process prepayments and accruals in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with suppliers for all purchases and payment needs.
  • Produce Sage Works Orders and allocate materials.
  • Create and analyze stock reports.
  • Perform Sage housekeeping tasks, including managing purchase order reports.
  • Liaise between internal teams within the business.

Requirements:

  • AAT Level 4 (minimum) qualification.
  • Highly proficient with SAP/SAGE type order processing packages.
  • Experience in administrative finance.
  • Accurate attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office packages.
  • Confident and professional in liaising with internal and external customers.
  • A reliable person who can work effectively as part of a team.
