Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Administration: Manage the client's financial email inbox and direct enquiries accordingly.
  • Purchase Ledger Management: Download purchase invoices from the portal, process and forward to the relevant person.
  • Accounts Processing: Input intercompany and third-party invoices, and organize and reduce the backlog of purchase ledger filing.
  • Journaling and Reconciliation: Journal to cost of goods, warranty, capital assets, and accruals, and match and reconcile warranty claims.
  • Asset Management: Create a fixed asset register prior to SAP implementation.
  • Credit Control Support: Assist the Credit Controller with sending out copy invoices and email enquiries.
  • Data Cleansing: Assist in data cleansing processes before software implementation begins.

Requirements:

  • Previous Accounting Experience: You should have previous accounting experience, with strong purchase ledger skills.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Excellent accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • IT Literacy: You should be IT literate with good organization skills.
  • Excel Proficiency: You will be proficient in Excel, and experience with SAP is an advantage but not essential.
