Transactional Tax Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Director to lead our Transactional Tax team in providing advisory services to our large corporate clients and private equity houses.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on complex projects, including buy-side and vendor due diligence, vendor advice, and corporate restructuring.
- Manage the input of specialist services, including reviewing SPAs and liaising with non-UK firms in the PKF network.
- Assist Partners in the strategy and development of the Transaction Tax practice by building client relationships and the firm's network.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to assist with their career development.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of processes and procedures to help with risk management and the efficient running of the practice.
- Significant experience of tax with a focus on company and shareholder taxation, structuring, and transactions.
- Excellent technical tax knowledge and CTA qualification, ACA or ACCA an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proven coaching ability.
- High accuracy and ability to work under pressure, sociable and enjoy being part of a wider team.
