Private Client Tax Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Tax Director to lead our Private Client team in the South Coast region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality private client tax advice and compliance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Manage and lead the Private Client team in the South Coast region, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities to support them further and grow our business.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with other service lines within the Poole office to go to market and successfully target and win high net worth individuals and large Privately Owned Businesses.
- Tax Expertise: Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, identifying and managing tax risk within the private client portfolio.
- Team Development: Lead in driving forward learning and development for the Poole tax team, mentoring, training, and supporting team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional client service.
- Professional Qualification: Holds a relevant professional qualification, such as CTA or similar.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of building internal and external relationships and networks, with experience in leading and managing teams.
- Technical Tax Knowledge: Demonstrates broad and strong technical tax knowledge and expertise, with the ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to positively impact and influence others.
