**Join Our Tax Team as a Director of Tax**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Tax to join our team at Francis Clark LLP. As a key member of our Tax team, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our corporate tax services, providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Liaise with our Accounts and Audit teams to deliver a comprehensive tax service to clients
- Manage and lead our Complex Corporate Tax team
- Provide technical and mentoring support to junior Tax team members
- Manage and review complex corporate tax returns
- Stay up-to-date with all relevant tax matters and accurately interpret and apply current tax legislation
- Manage work-in-progress on all assignments, ensuring regular and timely billing and assisting with the prompt collection of debtors
- Assist in developing tax technical materials and provide training on specific corporate tax technical areas
**Requirements:**
- Significant experience in tax, with a focus on large corporate tax compliance
- CTA qualified, ACA or ACCA an advantage
