About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Account Administrator to join our team at Jobseekers Recruitment Services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer enquiries and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage client accounts, including setting up new accounts, preparing quotations, and finalizing despatches
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Provide administrative support, including data recording, filing, and manual packing
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous administration and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
