We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Partnerships Director to drive media sales and brand partnerships for Hypebeast and Hypebae in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record in media sales, a passion for digital media, and a strong understanding of the UK market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of relationships with UK-based media agencies, PR agencies, and clients, and will be able to generate significant revenue through the sale of online, offline, and bespoke advertising solutions across all Hypebeast platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the UK.
  • Solicit RFPs and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Sell online, offline, and bespoke advertising solutions across all Hypebeast platforms.
  • Collaborate with our creative planning teams to develop compelling sales propositions and pitch creative proposals to clients.
  • Work closely with our account servicing teams to ensure the successful delivery of ad campaigns.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Represent Hypebeast at industry events and serve as a brand ambassador to communicate our core narratives and reinforce our leading position in the market.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in media sales, with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong relationships with mid/senior level UK clients and agencies.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Flawless presentation skills and the ability to lead strategic conversations that navigate the needs of Hypebeast and the client.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media business and agency partner requirements.
  • Ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced, highly-creative organization.
  • Highly organized and results-driven.
  • A drive for success at a personal, team, and corporate level.
